New Housing set for Christmas allocation

A total of 1112 application forms have been submitted by potential buyers for the new housing complex at Waterport Terraces.

A Gibraltar Government spokesman said:

“The closing date for submission of applications for this project was on Friday and this has not been extended by Government.

A total of 1112 application forms have been submitted and these are now being analysed and assessed.

A statement will be made later this month as to the proposed methodology of allocation.

Following the extension of time given for proof of financial means, it is now expected that the process of assessment and verification of applications and the process of allocation will occur before Christmas.”
