Community Projects Supervisors angry at exclusion

TGWU Branch Officer Charlie Sissarello has expressed concern that Community Projects industrials are working without supervision from their supervisory grades.

In a statement yesterday he said that that the employees of the company had been sent to the new hospital to help with the move but the supervisors were complaining they were not also there to do their job.

The union says this is fundamentally an issue between Gibraltar Community Project and the GHA but that the union had been asked ot raise the matter publicly. The supervisors were annoyed that management had taken no action. The members continue to work under protest, he said calling for a meeting to defuse the matter.
